Role

Harte Resources Ltd were commissioned to initially support the College in formalising this refurbishment project. The role became that of an employers agent and contract administrator. We worked to improve the brief for the works, using experience of similar projects to introduce enhanced features and better materials. The College Estates Director left us to liaise with College managers to ensure their requirements were met. We managed the budget and ensured value for money.
